We have more than 27 Projects on 400 Acres of land. Nirmaan also holds more than 550 Acres of land under Project development across several cities in Maharashtra.
Nirmaan Group is associated partner with prestigious estate companies from Pune, also engaged in Government clearances & consulting to Pan India companies for their Maharashtra operations.

Our large size of land acquisitions and timely deliverance of Project’s is quite complex and multi-layered. Nirmaan has a working network of key stakeholders in all relevant sections of power, including important assets on the ground to help with such projects.
