He has a very diversified experience in various businesses like Stone Metal Manufacturing Plants, Civil Construction and Realty Developments as follows:
- Stone Metal Production:
He started his own stone metal manufacturing plants in Wagholi in year 2004 and have been successfully running the business with the approximate turn over around 5 Crores /annum. - Civil Contracting:
After succeeding in stone metal business he entered the construction business and started as the civil contractor as a partner in the company ‘Nirmaan Constructions’. In past three years he has successfully completed some institutional as well as industrial works for various clients like Alard Institutes, Pune; Asian Paints Ltd., Mumbai, Robo Silicon Pvt. Ltd., etc. - Realty Development:
After his successful run in civil contracting he entered into Realty Development with various partners in various companies and acquired the lands for various realty projects in different areas in Pune like Sopanbaug(Camp), Kondhwa Budruk.,undhawa.
Projected developments of those sites being as follows:
- Sopanbaug Project: A proposed project in association with the prestigious Raviraj
Group by Raviraj Disha Associates of area approx. 1,60,000 sqft. - Mundhawa Project: A proposed project by Royal Nirmaan Venture in association with Solitaire Group of area approx. 38,000 sqft of Highstreet Commercial showrooms & 1,34,000sqft of IT park area.
- Kondhwa Bk Survey No. 19/1/1A/1A/1: “Nirmaan Aasamant” an already completed Phase -1 construction, project by Nirmaan Group in a plot of 5 acres with approximate build up area of 3,50,000 sqft.,out of Ph I is completed two towers & twelve bungalows, the first ever 18 storied tower & twin bungalows in NIBM – Kondhawa area.
- Kondhwa Bk Survey No. 2/1/1: “Nirmaan Puram” an already completed project by Nirmaan Group, A project of residential buildings including 76 flats and 10 shops.
